Open Source Charting Library With Vertical Markers/Annotations
Saw this charting library from the Mozilla Metrics Team on hacker news recently: MetricsGraphics.js interactive demo

I’m not aware of any other charting libraries besides highcharts that do vertical marker lines this easily.
